We provide annual and back-to-school physicals, immunizations, preventive health screenings, senior care, sports medicine, well-baby and well-woman care, as well as being here for the sniffles, sneezes, bumps and bruises that may come your way. Our comprehensive services are designed for all ages and stages in acute and chronic health care. Convenient Hours and Location
Staffed with six medical professionals, Columbine Family Practice is just right for busy families who will appreciate our convenient evening and weekend hours. We are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays. We are located a mile east of Wadsworth Boulevard, and a mile and a half north of C-470 in Littleton.
Highly Skilled Medical Staff
Our Medical staff includes Dr.Emily Crockett, M.D. a Denver native with a medical degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, who practiced in west Denver and the foothills before establishing Columbine Family Practice 9 years ago.
Also on the Medical team is Dr. Walton Creech, M.D. has had a wide range of medical experience. He received his undergraduate BA and Medical Degrees at the University of Kentucky in Lexington. Dr. Creech returned to Atlanta to finish his previous studies and then spent one year at the University of KY Medical Center completing his residency program in neurology.
Also on our team are:
Doreen Estrada PA-C hales from Chicago, Illinois. She has family roots in Colorado and is fluent in Spanish and speaks some Italian.
Stacey Josif PA-C enjoys working with women and the elderly. She earned her Bachelors degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio. She earned her Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences and Physician Assistant degree from the University of Toledo.
Laura Murray PA-C was born and raised in Lakewood, Colorado. She graduated from Regis University in 1998 with a Bachelor's degree in psychology with a kinesiology minor. In 2003, Laura graduated from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida with a Masters of Medical Science and joys working with patients of all ages. Her experience includes work in intensive care at the University of Colorado Hospital. She recently returned to Colorado after working three years in New Mexico.
